Meet the Owner- Preston Wells
Hi, I'm Preston Wells
I’m a local Noblesville student, athlete, and the owner of Indy Property Care. Outside of running my business, a lot of my life revolves around school and track. I’ve always been competitive and driven, and I think that carries over into business. I enjoy challenging myself, setting goals, and seeing what I’m capable of building.
How It Started
I’ve loved the idea of owning a business since I was young. Throughout my early teen years, I tried several different business ideas—and if I’m being real, most of them failed. But each one taught me something and made me want to keep trying. Eventually, I started lawn care. My first year was definitely a learning experience, but I stuck with it. Around 2025, things started to click. I gained more customers, took on bigger projects, learned new services, and realized I could turn this into something much bigger. That eventually became Indy Property Care.
Why I Do It
For me, this is about more than making money. I genuinely enjoy building something of my own and watching it grow. I also care about the people I work for. When someone trusts me with their property, I want them to be genuinely happy with the result. That's what I want Indy Property Care to represent:

I’m still a student, still competing in track, and still learning how to run a business. My goal is to keep growing Indy Property Care through my senior year and see how far I can take it.
I don’t know exactly where this journey will lead yet—and I think that’s part of what makes it exciting.

I know I’m young, and I’m nowhere near where I want to be yet. I’ve failed, made mistakes, and learned a lot along the way.
But I kept going.Don’t give up on something you truly want. You don't have to have everything figured out when you start. Keep learning, keep working, and give yourself the chance to see where it takes you.
